Napa Mayor Jill Techel with Leadership Vallejo Board Chairman Russ Barnes of Cooper Crane and Rigging.  Mayor Techel is a graduate of Napa's long-standing and highly successful leadership program and spoke about its benefits to her community.

Barnes outlined the plans for the first-ever leadership program in Vallejo to an audience of over 80 interested community members.  Leadership Vallejo is now recruiting additional sponsors for the 2007-2008 program.
